Full Description:
This provencal house can be found in a magical woodland setting with views of the Mont Ventoux. Complete peace and quiet guaranteed but not too isolated, although this is definately a house for country lovers.
The house is made up as follows:
Entrance via glass veranda and into entrance hall;
L Shaped lounge and dining room with fireplace and doors to garden;
fitted equipped kitchn with doors to outside terrace, bbq area and garden;
Hallway with several deep cupboards for storage; wc;
Large laundry room with access to garage;
1st doube Bedroom with built in cupboards;
Shower room;
2nd double bedroom with built in cupboards and an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs there is a huge landing that could be used as an office and a 3rd double bedroom.
The pool area is enclosed for safety and the pool is 11 x 5. There is an outside shower and fantastic views of the Ventoux. There is also a large poolhouse with kitchen.
There is a covered wood storage area and a large garden shed/workshop.
The house is comfortable and totally habitable but it could do with some redecoration to brighten it up. All of the electrics and heating were redone 2 years ago with new radiators fitted.The house is on Zone Verte which means that no other houses will be built in this area.
This is a fabulous house for someone wanting peace and quiet but still have easy access to the lively village of Bedoin and its fantastic Monday market.
